Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of TRJTech.com (the “website”), operated by TRJ Technology, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (“TRJ Technology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Last updated 9 September 2026
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
1. Website Information and Service Engagements
The website provides general information about TRJ Technology and our services.
Any pricing, fees, time allocations, service descriptions, or availability shown on the website are illustrative and provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a binding offer, quotation, or commitment to provide services. Actual scope, availability, fees, and other engagement terms are confirmed separately in writing.
Every client engagement requires a separate agreement signed by TRJ Technology and the client. That agreement governs the services provided and controls in the event of a conflict with these Terms or website content. Neither these Terms nor website content modifies or waives any provision of a signed engagement agreement.
2. No Professional Advice or Client Relationship
Website content is general information and is not tailored technical, legal, financial, security, compliance, or other professional advice. Decisions concerning your business should be based on advice appropriate to your circumstances.
Visiting the website, submitting an inquiry, or exchanging preliminary emails does not, by itself, establish a consulting relationship or obligate either party to enter an engagement.
Descriptions of experience, examples, and past results do not guarantee any particular outcome.
3. Inquiries and Information You Submit
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it.
Please do not send confidential, proprietary, sensitive, or regulated information through the contact form or in an initial email. A first inquiry should contain only the information reasonably needed to describe your request. Arrange an appropriate written confidentiality agreement with us before sharing confidential materials.
Submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, create a contractual duty of confidentiality. This does not override an existing written agreement, our obligations under applicable law, or our commitments under the Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of materials you submit. You authorize us to receive, store, review, and use those materials as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, consistent with our Privacy Policy and any applicable written agreement.
4. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct
You may use the website for lawful purposes, including learning about our services and contacting us about a potential engagement.
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable law or infringe another person’s rights.
- Attempt to access systems, information, or areas of the website without authorization.
- Disrupt, damage, overload, or impair the website or its supporting services.
- Conduct unauthorized security testing, vulnerability scanning, or load testing.
- Bypass access restrictions, security measures, or submission limits.
- Introduce malicious software or other harmful material.
- Impersonate another person or submit fraudulent, misleading, automated, or unsolicited commercial messages.
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically reproduce website content for republication, except as expressly permitted below or by applicable law.
Automated access for search indexing and retrieval or citation by AI assistants is permitted, provided it complies with our published automated-access rules, respects access restrictions, and does not unreasonably burden the website. This permission does not authorize republication of substantial portions of the website.
5. Intellectual Property
Website content, including text, graphics, branding, design, and original software, is owned by TRJ Technology or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view the website, link to its publicly available pages, print or save pages for your own reference, and quote brief excerpts with appropriate attribution and a link to the source. You must preserve applicable copyright and ownership notices and must not imply our endorsement.
Except as permitted by these Terms, an applicable third-party license, or law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or republish substantial portions of the website without our prior written permission.
Third-party materials and components remain subject to their respective licenses. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners. Their appearance on the website does not, by itself, imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
Nothing in these Terms limits uses permitted by applicable copyright law.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information, including information submitted through the contact form and information processed by website providers.
Acceptance of these Terms does not replace any separate consent required for optional analytics or other processing of personal information.
7. Third-Party Websites and Services
The website may link to third-party websites and use third-party services to support its operation.
We do not control third-party websites or independently operated services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement.
Your use of third-party websites or services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. Our own responsibilities concerning personal information are described in our Privacy Policy and governed by applicable law.
8. Website Accuracy, Availability, and Access
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information useful and current, but content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. We may correct or update content at any time.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the website. We may also restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these Terms, protect the website or others, or comply with law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continued availability of any content or feature, or correction of every error. Where reasonably practicable and legally required, we will provide notice of material restrictions or changes.
Changes to website availability do not alter obligations under a signed client agreement.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
This includes any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the website will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRJ Technology and its members, officers, employees, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the website.
This exclusion includes losses of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data to the extent those losses fall within the categories above, even if we have been advised of their possibility.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal basis of a claim, but only to the extent permitted by applicable law. They do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Liability relating to client services is governed by the applicable signed engagement agreement.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or use of the website must be brought in the state courts located in St. Charles County, Missouri, or, where federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. You and TRJ Technology consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
This provision does not override mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction where applicable law requires otherwise. Disputes relating to client engagements remain subject to the applicable signed agreement.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice and obtain agreement where required by law. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please discontinue use of the website.
13. General Provisions
Severability. If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
No waiver. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Entire agreement regarding website use. These Terms constitute the agreement between you and TRJ Technology concerning website use, subject to applicable separate written agreements. Our Privacy Policy separately describes our privacy practices and commitments.
Continuing provisions. Provisions that by their nature should continue after website use ends, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute provisions, will continue to apply.
